The newest member of the Neos team, Victoria took a jump from the healthcare industry and dove into the realm of marketing after discovering a passion for Inbound Marketing. With industry sales experience ranging from healthcare to transportation and logistics to sports, this diversity allows Victoria to fully understand the need for a business to organically attract customers and prospects, and provide them with quality over quantity in their marketing strategies.
Victoria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Science with a Concentration in Consumer Affairs from the University of Alabama. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, anything to do with the outdoors, and chasing around her toddler.

Robert is a creative director with more than 25 years of corporate and agency experience, including managing his own business for 17 years. He has worked for ExxonMobil, Shell, Conoco, Natural Gas Clearinghouse, South Texas College of Law, University of Houston, Lone Star College, Alpheus Communications, St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, Memorial Care Systems, Methodist Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine, and many worthy charitable causes and nonprofit organizations. Robert’s areas of specialization are identity development, corporate branding support, website design, and advertising campaign strategy. His work has been recognized by the New York Art Directors’ Club, the Houston Art Directors’ Club, Print magazine, How magazine, the American Advertising Federation of Houston, and the International Association of Business Communicators.

With over 20 years of experience in graphic design, branding and web design, and the ever-evolving world of social media, Cindy fully understands the need for user-friendly designs. She has worked in various industries: Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Medical and Education to name a few. Her projects range from logos to advertising to packaging, but her passion is for functional website design and content management system production.

Frank began his quest to understand sales and marketing when, as a young engineer, he was asked to sell consulting engineering services to oil and gas companies operating in the North Sea. Later as a management consultant with Ernst & Young he helped many businesses both large and small develop marketing plans, business plans and strategic plans. He later had significant roles on two large consolidation projects—one in the auto industry and the other in wholesale fuel distribution. He brought his diverse business skills to bear in the creation of Neos. Neos means new in Greek—in other words, new in an old language. Our name is a symbol of our commitment to merge the new and innovative with the tried and true to create a unique but effective marketing strategy for each of our clients.
Managing Partner & Client Strategist
Russ’ professional experience is in sales & sales management, business redesign/re-engineering, teaching entrepreneurship at undergraduate & graduate university level, marketing & product management, and consulting nearly 100 entrepreneurs and startups. His industry experience includes both Fortune 50 industrial manufacturing and retail sectors; his education includes an MBA from Rice University (2000). Russ joined Neos in July 2007 as a Partner. His primary goal is to grow Neos into the premier firm poised to help mid-size, B2B companies in Houston, Texas reach their growth targets through the use of the right mix of marketing strategy and tactics, combining the tried and true with the cutting edge.
